The Butt Valley Thermal Curtain, if constructed, will be located at Butt Valley Dam in front of the 2 intakes for Caribou PH #1 and Caribou PH #2. 

The Butt Valley curtain is 8 feet high and suspended from floating drums at the surface.  The curtain is tethered to the reservoir bottom with 5 foot cables and floats to allow water to move freely underneath.
